It's uncommon but static electricity can cause your keyboard to lock up like that. Keep any relays, high voltage/wattage electronics, and/or high powered lights away from your keyboard.

Also check your keyboard wire for any damage to the shielding. I'f some place you don't find shielding then that's your problem, static electricity has a pathway to distort the electronic signals coming from your keyboard.

If your already tired of troubleshooting then just buy a new keyboard.
