In this video I found on Youtube Johnny Lee teaches us how to use his software at http://johnnylee.net to turn a whiteboard, table, monitor, or any flat surface into a low cost multi-touch touchscreen interactive whiteboard. He uses a wii remote control and a pen with a infrared light in it which is easy to make yourself. Once you have the pens place the wiiremote in the field of view of the surface you want to turn into a multi-touch whiteboard and turn on the software and your off and running.
