There's a technique ericsp0f figured out how to do on myspace. All you have to do is add this code to your myspace in your profile editor. The code will create several hidden tables into profile by inserting this code and it will push the content off the screen so no one can view it. Ericsp0f even posted a demonstration on youtube here.
