I read a very interesting article today at mpgomatic.com. Its about how 35MPG diesel cars and trucks are being made in the U.S. but never sold here. Every one of them gets exported out of the US. "Why?" you may ask. They do it because recent emission standards have been strictened, making it nearly impossible for diesel cars/trucks to pass emission standards tests.
