Once your ready to enter, register. You must register to submit your essay and upload you photo/video. Once registered you simply use their online entry form on their promotion page. All videos must be in either WMV (Windows Media Video) or MOV (a QuickTime multimedia file format) format. Your video can not be more than 2 minutes in length and can not be more than 20 MB (Megabytes) in size. If your uploading a photo instead then it must be in either JPG or GIF format and no more than 500 KiloBytes (KB). You essay must be no more than 250 words and it has to be written in english.
