I'm going to take some time to talk to you all about something a bit different that my normal topics. This topic is one that can actually make a difference in the lives of others, including me and you. Aging is something we all go through, help improve the quality of life for seniors with Alzheimers before your one of them yourselves. All you have to do is join me in the Alzheimer's Memory Walk.

All you have to do to get involved is to click on the banner above, then click start or join a team. Joining a team is easy, all you do is search your zip code for the date and location of the walk to get started. The teams in my area which are already formed are ginormous. You can always start your own team too, just make sure you register your team by following the instructions on their website.
